- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Communication Hub: Manage incoming calls, emails, and mail with high accuracy and timely responses.
- Scheduling: Coordinate appointments and maintain the company calendar for executives and staff.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and preparing meeting materials.
- Office Operations: Monitor office supplies, manage inventory, and ensure the reception area is pristine.
- Customer Service: Address client inquiries and escalate issues to the appropriate department efficiently.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of professional receptionist or administrative support experience.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished telephone manner.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Professionalism: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.
