Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a timely and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Handle front desk administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and scheduling.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common spaces.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and prepare refreshments for internal meetings.
- Assist with general office tasks to ensure seamless daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Associate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are a plus.
