Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, clients, and patients warmly and professionally upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming first impression.
- Communication Hub: Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls with poise, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or taking accurate messages.
- Scheduling & Administration: Assist with appointment scheduling, patient check-ins, and maintain accurate digital and physical records.
- Mail & Distribution: Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and internal communications efficiently.
- Office Support: Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and maintaining office supply inventory.
- Special Projects: Support various departmental initiatives as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk coordinator, or in a customer service role is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and modern phone systems.
- Attributes: Exceptional interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a professional appearance.
- Reliability: Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a busy office environment.
- Language: Bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus but not mandatory.
