Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls to ensure efficient communication.
- Manage the front desk operations, including mail sorting, package handling, and managing office supplies.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for management and staff using digital calendars.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and preparing documents as required.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
