Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome guests warmly, answer the main phone line, and screen/direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Visitor Management: Sign in visitors, issue visitor badges, and maintain a log of all traffic entering the office.
- Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Draft and send emails, distribute mail, and coordinate courier services as needed.
- Scheduling: Assist in managing the daily calendar, scheduling meetings, and preparing meeting rooms.
- Inventory Control: Monitor office supply levels and place orders to ensure the reception area is always stocked.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
