Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, managing the front desk reception area.

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries efficiently.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the company calendar to ensure optimal time management.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks, including data entry and filing.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
