Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors/clients in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage incoming calls, screen inquiries, and route calls to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks into our CRM and database systems.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and handling mail.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and welcoming at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in Data Entry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong typing speed and accuracy (35+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
