Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk, greeting visitors professionally and answering a high volume of incoming calls.
- Perform accurate and high-speed data entry into our CRM and database systems.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for efficient record retrieval.
- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with basic administrative duties including photocopying, scanning, and mail distribution.
- Resolve incoming inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline office workflows and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Proven experience in reception or administrative support roles.
- Exceptional typing speed (35+ WPM) and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities quickly.
- Reliable transportation is a plus.
