Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, answer multi-line phone systems, and direct inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
- Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain data in company databases and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Administrative Support: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, process invoices, and assist with general office errands.
- Record Keeping: Organize and file physical and digital documents to ensure easy retrieval and compliance.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients and vendors visiting the office.
- Schedule Management: Assist in scheduling meetings and managing the reception area calendar.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary; we are looking for enthusiastic candidates willing to learn.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Typing: Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 35 WPM).
