Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual.
- Perform high-speed data entry into various databases and spreadsheets with 100% accuracy.
- Greet and welcome visitors to the office, ensuring a professional first impression.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with basic office supply inventory and procurement.
- Support the administrative team with scheduling and calendar management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (equivalent experience considered).
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
