Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner, managing the reception area to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Data Entry: Perform high-volume, accurate data entry tasks and maintain updated databases and filing systems.
- Communication: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls; respond to emails and correspondence promptly.
- Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
- Record Keeping: Organize and secure physical and digital files to ensure information is easily retrievable.
- Customer Service: Address client inquiries professionally and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Proven experience in receptionist or data entry roles is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
- Typing Speed: Fast typing speed with a minimum of 40 WPM.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Attributes: Detail-oriented, professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a busy office setting.
