About the Role:
As the face of our company, you will manage the front desk, handle incoming calls with professionalism, and maintain our digital databases with precision. We value accuracy and speed in data entry.
Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and direct visitors with a welcoming demeanor; answer and route incoming phone calls professionally.
- Data Entry: Accurately input customer information, sales leads, and inventory data into our CRM and Excel spreadsheets at high speed.
- Administrative Support: Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and handle mail distribution.
- Customer Service: Assist clients with inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Document Management: Organize, file, and scan physical and digital documents.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Receptionist or in Data Entry is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Must be highly organized with a keen eye for accuracy.
- Availability: Must be available for immediate start and work full-time hours.
