- Assist with administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and scheduling appointments.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and follow-ups.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in an administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word are essential).
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum 35 WPM).
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
