Responsibilities
- Greet all visitors and clients with a professional, welcoming demeanor and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Manage the front desk reception area, ensuring it is tidy and organized at all times.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks, ensuring 99% accuracy in all digital records.
- Screen and route incoming calls, taking detailed messages when necessary.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing internal calendars.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos and reports as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role.
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
