Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors to the office in a professional and friendly manner.
- Perform high-volume data entry with 99% accuracy, ensuring all records are current and error-free.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments using a multi-line system.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including courier services and package handling.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Assist with basic scheduling and calendar management for management staff.
- Prepare basic correspondence and reports as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role.
- Exceptional typing speed and accuracy (min 40 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be able to work onsite in Raleigh, NC.
