Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors with a professional demeanor, managing the front desk operations efficiently.
- Perform accurate and high-speed data entry into various CRM systems and spreadsheets.
- Manage incoming emails and phone inquiries, routing them to the appropriate departments promptly.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting rooms for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing reports and administrative documentation as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in receptionist or data entry roles (minimum 1-2 years).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with a focus on accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a multi-tasking environment.
