Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department in a professional manner.
- Data Entry: Input, update, and maintain accurate records in our database using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders via email and phone.
- Administrative Support: Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Report Generation: Assist in preparing weekly reports and maintaining filing systems (both digital and physical).
- Inventory Control: Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Typing: Minimum 45 WPM with high accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-service oriented mindset.
