Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a focus on accuracy and speed, maintaining updated digital records and databases.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, ensuring all messages are relayed promptly and accurately.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers in an organized manner.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for management staff using Microsoft Office and calendar tools.
- Assist with general clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or certificate in business administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role.
- Proven proficiency in data entry with a typing speed of at least 45 WPM.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a busy office setting.
