Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems professionally.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks into company CRM, Excel spreadsheets, and databases.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, handle packages, and manage outgoing correspondence.
- Assist with filing, scanning, digitizing documents, and maintaining office organization.
- Update customer records and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Coordinate schedules, calendar management, and basic scheduling for department heads.
- Assist with light administrative projects and ad-hoc office support as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not mandatory).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 40 WPM).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
