Responsibilities
- Greet and Welcome: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all visitors, clients, and vendors entering the office.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update customer and company data into our internal databases and management software.
- Phone Management: Answer incoming calls in a polite and efficient manner, taking detailed messages and routing calls to the appropriate departments.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, including signing for packages and managing the lobby area.
- Calendar Management: Schedule appointments and maintain the daily schedule for management staff.
- Record Keeping: Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy access to information.
- Customer Support: Assist visitors with inquiries and direct them to the correct personnel.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary; we value attitude and willingness to learn over past history.
- Computer Skills: Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Typing Speed: Ability to type at least 35-40 words per minute.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
