Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and assist visitors with a professional and welcoming attitude; answer and route incoming phone calls efficiently.
- Data Entry Operations: Accurately input, update, and maintain data in our CRM and internal databases with a focus on speed and precision.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming mail, prepare correspondence, and manage filing systems to ensure records are organized and accessible.
- Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining the company calendar.
- Office Maintenance: Keep the reception area tidy and organized, and assist with light office supply management.
- Reporting: Assist in generating basic reports and compiling data for management review.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience is a plus, but not required for this entry-level position.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is highly preferred.
- Typing: Strong typing speed and accuracy (40+ WPM).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attitude: Professional demeanor, reliability, and a willingness to learn new software systems.
- Legal: Must be authorized to work in the United States.
