Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, directing them to the appropriate department or personnel.
- Answer and screen incoming phone calls, taking detailed messages and routing calls efficiently.
- Manage the front desk operations, including handling mail, packages, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely and professional fashion.
- Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Collaborate with the office team to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available for a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends if needed.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
