Responsibilities

- Administrative Support: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, handle package deliveries, and maintain the lobby environment.
- Scheduling: Assist with calendar management, appointment scheduling, and reminder calls for clients and visitors.
- Data Entry: Perform basic data entry tasks, update contact databases, and maintain accurate filing systems.
- Customer Service: Address inquiries from employees and guests with patience and efficiency.
- Office Supplies: Monitor inventory of office supplies and restock as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, or in a similar administrative role is preferred but not required for qualified candidates.
- Professionalism: A polished, professional appearance and a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
