Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests and clients warmly, ensuring a professional and positive first impression.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering incoming calls and routing them to the appropriate departments.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of visitors, appointments, and incoming/outgoing mail.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and coordinating meeting rooms.
- Process payments and handle cashier duties as required during peak hours.
- Uphold a clean and organized reception area at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation is required for commuting.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends if needed.
