- Phone Management: Answer incoming calls professionally and route them to the appropriate departments or personnel promptly.
- Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and photocopying to keep office operations running smoothly.
- Mail and Package Handling: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently on a daily basis.
- Meeting Coordination: Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining the company calendar.
- Office Maintenance: Keep the reception area organized, tidy, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills are essential.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Availability: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekends or evenings if needed.
