Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with 99% accuracy, ensuring all information is logged into our CRM and database systems.
- Review and verify invoices, receipts, and shipping documents for discrepancies.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails during night hours, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Generate weekly reports and assist the management team with data analysis.
- Ensure office security protocols are followed during the night shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data entry or administrative support.
- Proven typing speed of 40+ WPM with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Must be available to work Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation required.
