- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call routing and message handling
- Greet visitors warmly, coordinate appointments, and maintain reception area presentation
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and office supplies inventory
- Perform data entry, scheduling, and document preparation using MS Office Suite
- Assist with onboarding coordination and basic HR administrative tasks
- Collaborate with department heads on office logistics and event coordination
Qualifications

- 2+ years receptionist or customer service experience
