Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with precision and professionalism
- Greet visitors, screen candidates, and coordinate access protocols
- Maintain immaculate reception area and common spaces
- Coordinate calendars, schedule appointments, and manage meeting logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with onboarding processes and office supply inventory
- Support HR initiatives including new hire paperwork processing
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or front desk experience
- Expertise with Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
