Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system, screening and routing calls professionally
- Perform accurate data entry for client information and correspondence
- Greet and assist visitors with exceptional customer service
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Coordinate office calendars and meeting logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and shipments
- Support HR with onboarding paperwork and records management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or administrative experience
- Advanced proficiency in data entry (50+ WPM)
