Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including call screening, visitor greeting, and mail distribution
- Coordinate multi-line phone system and route inquiries to appropriate departments
- Oversee appointment scheduling and calendar management for executives
- Process incoming/outgoing correspondence and maintain digital filing systems
- Assist with office supply inventory and vendor coordination
- Support administrative tasks including data entry and document preparation

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or front desk experience
