Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call routing and message handling
- Greet and assist visitors with warm hospitality and accurate information
- Coordinate office calendars, meetings, and conference room reservations
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages with tracking systems
- Maintain organized reception area and office supply inventory
- Support administrative tasks including data entry and document management
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding paperwork and new employee orientations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
