Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system and professionally route incoming calls
- Greet visitors with exceptional customer service and coordinate meeting schedules
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and office supplies inventory
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and issue access badges as needed
- Support administrative tasks including calendar management and document preparation
- Coordinate office events and team meetings with vendors and staff
- Uphold strict confidentiality for sensitive company and client information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years professional receptionist or front desk experience
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
