- Assist patients with registration forms, insurance verification, and payment processing
- Maintain organized filing systems for medical records and administrative documents
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow and wait times
- Perform light clerical duties (copying, scanning, email correspondence)
- Uphold strict HIPAA compliance and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years experience in customer service or administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills in English/Spanish
