- Manage front desk operations including patient check-in, appointment scheduling, and phone triage
- Maintain accurate patient records using Epic EHR system
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and vendor communications
- Process insurance verifications and collect patient payments
- Support HIPAA compliance protocols for patient data security
- Assist with administrative tasks including filing and document management
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years front desk/reception experience in healthcare setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health records (EHR)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
- Basic medical terminology knowledge preferred
