Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call handling and routing
- Greet patients/visitors promptly and manage check-in/check-out processes
- Maintain accurate appointment scheduling and calendar management
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supplies inventory
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry and filing
- Coordinate with clinical teams for seamless patient flow
- Uphold strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist/front desk experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Professional demeanor under pressure and multitasking capability
- Healthcare or medical office experience preferred
