Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system, screen calls, and route inquiries to appropriate departments
- Greet visitors warmly, verify appointments, and ensure seamless check-in/out processes
- Maintain professional reception area including lobby cleanliness and conference room scheduling
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with meticulous tracking
- Support administrative tasks including data entry, document management, and supply inventory
- Coordinate with vendors for facility maintenance and office supply replenishment
- Assist with onboarding processes including badge preparation and orientation coordination
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years of professional receptionist or front desk experience
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal/written communication and multitasking abilities
- Proven customer service orientation with conflict resolution skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
