Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries to appropriate departments
- Greet visitors, screen candidates, and coordinate appointments
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and professional appearance
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage inventory of office supplies
- Support administrative tasks including data entry and document preparation
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and equipment setups

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional receptionist or administrative experience
