Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professional call handling and routing
- Greet visitors, clients, and vendors with exceptional customer service
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and calendar management for executive staff
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain organized reception area and office supply inventory
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry and document processing
- Support HR functions onboarding new temporary staff
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or front desk experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Valid North Carolina driver's license required
- Flexibility to work occasional overtime during peak periods
