- Coordinate meeting room bookings and office logistics
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and security protocols
- Support administrative tasks including scheduling and document management
- Assist with office supply inventory and vendor coordination
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
