We're seeking a visionary Quantum UX Research Lead to architect next-gen research methodologies that merge quantum computing principles with human-centered design. This role bridges theoretical physics and practical UX innovation, creating unprecedented insights into user behavior in quantum-entangled digital environments.
As part of our 2026 Innovation Cohort, you'll lead a multidisciplinary team developing proprietary quantum UX protocols while publishing groundbreaking research in Nature Human Behaviour. You'll collaborate directly with our Quantum Computing division to translate complex qubit interactions into intuitive user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute quantum-enhanced user research protocols leveraging superposition principles
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum UX measurement frameworks
- Develop proprietary entanglement-based user behavior modeling systems
- Translate quantum computing constraints into human-centered design solutions
- Present quantum UX findings to C-suite executives and academic partners
- Maintain ethical compliance in quantum data collection and analysis
- Drive adoption of quantum UX methodologies across product development lifecycle
Qualifications
- PhD in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, or Quantum Information Science
- 5+ years in UX research with demonstrated quantum computing exposure
- Expertise in mixed-methods research with statistical modeling expertise
- Published work in peer-reviewed journals on human-quantum interaction
- Proficiency in quantum simulation environments (Qiskit, Cirq) and UX tools
- Experience leading research teams in technology innovation labs
- Deep understanding of quantum decoherence effects on user perception
