- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for autonomous system decision-making

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Computer Science, or Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in enterprise architecture with 3+ years in quantum systems design
- Published research in quantum error correction or topological quantum computing
- Expertise in Q# programming and quantum circuit optimization
- Certification in AWS Quantum Technologies or equivalent cloud quantum platforms
- Proven track record of deploying systems processing >10M transactions/sec
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks and responsible AI development
