Responsibilities
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for enterprise-scale applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical algorithms to solve previously unsolvable computational problems
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, engineers, and software developers in quantum system integration
- Establish quantum security protocols for next-generation data encryption frameworks
- Drive R&D initiatives in quantum machine learning and autonomous quantum optimization
- Collaborate with academic partners to publish breakthrough research in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 5+ years industry experience
