Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture or advanced HPC systems design
- Expertise in quantum algorithms (Shor's, Grover's, QAOA) and error correction codes
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and Python/C++
- Experience with quantum simulators (Qiskit Aer, Q#) and hardware (IBM Quantum, Rigetti)
- Proven track record of leading complex technical projects from concept to deployment
- Strong understanding of quantum machine learning and variational algorithms
