Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum-resistant cryptographic architectures for enterprise-scale systems
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical workflows optimizing performance across 50+ qubit systems
- Create quantum error mitigation protocols achieving 99.99% fidelity thresholds
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating quantum solutions into legacy cloud infrastructure
- Research and validate post-quantum algorithms against NIST standards
- Author technical whitepapers and patents for quantum security innovations
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum computing principles and practical implementations
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Cryptography, or related field (MS with 5+ years experience)
- Proven expertise in quantum algorithms and quantum error correction techniques
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq) and simulation frameworks
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (AWS Braket, Azure Quantum, Google Quantum AI)
- Strong background in post-quantum cryptography standards (NIST PQC candidates)
