Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning models leveraging quantum processors and hybrid quantum-classical frameworks
- Develop novel quantum algorithms for optimization, sampling, and neural network acceleration
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to optimize circuit performance and error mitigation strategies
- Create reproducible quantum ML pipelines using Python, Qiskit, and Cirq frameworks
- Research and publish breakthrough approaches in quantum neural networks and quantum-enhanced AI
- Translate complex quantum concepts into actionable business solutions for Fortune 500 partners
- Mentor junior engineers in quantum computing best practices and ethical AI development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, Physics, or related field (or equivalent research experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and classical algorithm optimization
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction, variational algorithms, and quantum supremacy
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (IBM Quantum, Amazon Braket, Azure Quantum)
- Strong background in linear algebra, probability theory, and computational complexity
- Certification in Quantum Computing from recognized institutions (e.g., MIT xPRO, edX)
