Responsibilities
- Design and deploy quantum communication networks with 99.999% fidelity
- Develop hybrid classical-quantum algorithms for 2026-era optimization challenges
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Collaborate with hardware teams to integrate quantum processors with classical HPC systems
- Create security frameworks for quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information science
- Present breakthrough findings at premier international conferences
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or equivalent experience
- 3+ years implementing quantum algorithms on real hardware
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or equivalent quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in peer-reviewed quantum computing journals
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary technical teams
- Deep understanding of NISQ-era limitations and 2026 roadmap targets
- Strong background in topological quantum computing or quantum annealing
