Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy quantum communication networks with 99.999% reliability across continental US infrastructure
- Design hybrid classical-quantum cloud platforms for enterprise-scale quantum algorithm execution
- Lead implementation of quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols for national security systems
- Develop error-correction frameworks enabling fault-tolerant quantum computing at scale
- Coordinate with hardware teams to optimize quantum-classical interface performance
- Establish quantum security protocols protecting next-gen AI training pipelines
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in quantum computing principles and best practices
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven expertise in quantum error correction codes and fault-tolerant architectures
- Deep understanding of quantum communication protocols (QKD, teleportation)
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Experience with high-performance computing frameworks (HPC, MPI) and quantum simulators
- Strong background in distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields preferred
