Responsibilities
- Design fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures with 100+ qubit scalability
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical integration frameworks for enterprise applications
- Lead implementation of quantum-safe cryptographic infrastructure across global networks
- Collaborate with R&D teams to optimize quantum error correction algorithms
- Create migration strategies for legacy systems to quantum-secure platforms
- Establish performance benchmarks for quantum processors and communication protocols
- Present quantum computing roadmaps to executive stakeholders and industry partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience with 5+ years in quantum computing
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design principles
- Proven track record of deploying quantum hardware/software in production environments
- Deep knowledge of quantum communication protocols (QKD, entanglement distribution)
- Strong background in cryogenic engineering and superconducting qubit systems
- Experience with quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Certification in quantum security frameworks (NIST IR 8105, ETSI GS QTEC)
