Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable quantum computing infrastructure compatible with 2026 technology standards
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical architectures for enterprise applications
- Create quantum-resistant security frameworks and encryption protocols
- Optimize quantum algorithms for practical industry use cases
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen quantum systems
- Establish performance benchmarks and validation frameworks for quantum hardware
- Document architectural decisions and maintain system documentation
- Stay current with quantum research developments and emerging standards
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in high-performance computing or distributed systems architecture
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Proven experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and container orchestration
- Strong background in cryptography and network security principles
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields preferred
- Experience mentoring technical teams and driving architectural vision
