About the Role:
As our Quantum Computing Talent Scout, you'll architect talent strategies for roles that don't yet exist in today's market. You'll partner with Nobel laureates and disruptors to identify candidates who can manipulate quantum states, develop error-corrected qubits, and build fault-tolerant systems.

Responsibilities
- Design quantum-specific sourcing strategies for roles like Quantum Algorithm Architect and Cryogenic Systems Engineer
- Build talent pipelines for emerging quantum domains: topological qubits, quantum machine learning, and quantum-resistant cryptography
- Partner with quantum research institutions to identify PhD candidates with breakthrough potential
- Develop employer branding for quantum computing talent through industry conferences and white papers
- Create competency frameworks for quantum skill assessment beyond traditional technical interviews
- Forecast talent gaps for 2026 quantum computing adoption curve
- Lead quantum talent communities and hackathons to scout undiscovered innovators
Qualifications
- 5+ years recruiting experience in deep tech or quantum computing
- Understanding of quantum mechanics principles and quantum computing architectures
- Proven track record of placing PhD-level researchers in specialized domains
- Experience with competency-based interviewing for emerging technologies
- Network with quantum research labs (MIT, IBM Quantum, D-Wave)
- Proficiency in quantum-specific ATS integrations and talent mapping tools
- Ability to articulate complex quantum concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in Quantum Computing Fundamentals (e.g., IBM Qiskit certification)
